Our permanent team of Transition Managers

For over 15 years, Objectif CASH's teams have been supporting in a very operational mode both in France and abroad the CEOs and CFOs of Mid Size Companies and large international groups in their transformation projects (changes of shareholders, changes in organization, changes in the magnitude of the business and change in the information systems).

To date, we have carried out more than 550 missions in more than 40 countries.
Objectif CASH Team

Transition Manager: A lifestyle choice!

Objectif CASH teams are made up of experienced managers (CEOs, CFOs, Financial Controllers, Treasurers, Procurement Directors, Human Resources Directors, Supply Chain Directors etc.) who all have more than 15 to 20 years of experience in their function in different environments (no unique experience).
You are made to be Transition Manager at Objectif CASH if:

You have 10/15 years of experience in Operational Management (CEO or CFO functions)

You are ready to invest 6 to 18 months of your life in a mission or project

You prefer to DO THINGS BY YOUR OWN than to TALK or to GIVE ADVICE

You want to confront yourself to the real world

You prefer when things are changing rapidly

You adapt quickly to new contexts

You like to DO CONCRETE THINGS with other people than staying on your own

You are ready to travel several months (France and International)

You like to feel useful in a team

The transition managers who make up the Objectif CASH team and with whom we carry out assignments all year round have an average of ten missions / 5 years of experience with Objectif CASH. None of the managers of the Objectif CASH teams have a background as a consultant.

Take or take over your career at 30, 40, 50 years old…

For more than 15 years, we have met with an average of two executives (CEOs or CFOs) per day. Two-thirds are Finance Directors and one-third are CEOs or equivalent. A total of more than 7,000 meetings and interviews to date… All the decision makers we meet aspire, for their second part of professional life, to more qualitative functions or responsibilities… positions where they would participate in the development of the company’s strategy or responsibilities where they would have an impact in the major strategic decisions.

Among the youngest, many ask us: “Is there a high way for CFOs careers?” “A trick that works every time? “

Each case is of course specific. Each individual has his own story. But yes there is a specific path to create the conditions for a successful career.

Here is the “royal road”:

  • At 30/35 years old: Experience of a position of responsibility in an International Business Unit or subsidiary
  • At 35/40 years old: Operational responsibility for a treasury / cash management or financing project
  • From the age of 40: Responsibility for one or more cross-functional projects (Information Systems, Shared Service Center, acquisition integration, digital transformation, etc.)

Let’s keeping mind that among the CEOs we meet, 20% are former CFOs.

You want to discuss your professional projects? You want to meet us?
