Peur d\u2019\u00eatre jug\u00e9\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p>Mais imaginons tout de m\u00eame qu\u2019un tiers d\u2019entre eux se pr\u00eatent au jeu \u2026Et que parmi les d\u00e9cideurs qui iraient au bout de ce questionnaire (50 % du tiers) environ encore 50 % soient convaincus de l\u2019utilit\u00e9 d\u2019avoir recours au management de transition pour faire face \u00e0 telle ou telle situation \u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nous ne sommes plus qu\u2019\u00e0 8,33 % des d\u00e9cideurs (si nos calculs sont exacts\u2026 (*) ). \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Soit \u00e0 ce stade nous avons perdu 91,67 % des d\u00e9cideurs avec notre \u00ab\u00a0petit\u00a0\u00bb questionnaire \u2026Fa\u00e7on qu\u00eate du Graal\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tant pis\u00a0! Continuons de jouer le jeu avec les 8,33 % \u2026qui sont convaincus que le management de transition fait partie des solutions pour r\u00e9gler les probl\u00e8mes qu\u2019ils rencontrent dans leurs entreprises\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Avant de passer \u00e0 l\u2019action, ils p\u00e8sent le pour et le contre \u2026 Jaugent un certain nombre de consid\u00e9rations<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Risques de conflits d\u2019agendas \/ autres priorit\u00e9s \u00e0 traiter au m\u00eame moment<\/li>\n<li>Risques de conflits entre les \u00e9quipes internes et les managers de transition<\/li>\n<li>Budgets serr\u00e9s voire d\u00e9j\u00e0 explos\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>Equipes en interne tr\u00e8s occup\u00e9es et non disponibles pour accueillir un manager de transition et pour lui expliquer la situation et le fonctionnement de l\u2019entreprise<\/li>\n<li>Equipes en interne pas tr\u00e8s occup\u00e9es et disponibles pour r\u00e9aliser elles-m\u00eames le projet<\/li>\n<li>Manager de transition s\u00e9duit par la mission sur le papier et moins chaud pour foncer quand il conna\u00eet les d\u00e9tails<\/li>\n<li>Etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A la fin combien de d\u00e9cideurs pr\u00eats \u00e0 passer \u00e0 l\u2019action\u00a0?
