{"id":5273,"date":"2023-04-25T09:00:47","date_gmt":"2023-04-25T07:00:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/objectif-cash.com\/?p=5273"},"modified":"2024-01-11T11:32:08","modified_gmt":"2024-01-11T09:32:08","slug":"eti-viser-la-perennite","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/objectif-cash.com\/en\/management-prospective\/eti-viser-la-perennite\/","title":{"rendered":"ETI : Viser la p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 !"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><em>Vous avez dit \u00ab\u00a0missions dans les ETI\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0? <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Beaucoup d\u2019entreprises apr\u00e8s une grosse lev\u00e9e de fonds ou un effet d\u2019aubaine (gros chantier, grosse commande) ont la tentation de se prendre pour ce qu\u2019elles ne sont pas.<\/p>\n<p>Ce qu\u2019elles ne sont pas encore ou ce qu\u2019elles ne seront jamais\u2026<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est le syndrome de la grenouille qui veut se faire aussi grosse que le b\u0153uf \u2026<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019entreprise se met \u00e0 d\u00e9penser et \u00e0 recruter tous azimuts\u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les dirigeants se disent <em>\u00ab\u00a0Puis que nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 bons sur tel ou tel segment, il n\u2019y a pas de raison que nous n\u2019adressions pas tous les autres segments de notre march\u00e9 \u2026\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>On se pla\u00eet \u00e0 r\u00eaver que l\u2019on va dominer son secteur \u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Qu\u2019il n\u2019y aura plus aucune demande sur son secteur que l\u2019on ne pourra adresser \u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00e9sultat des courses\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Parce que l\u2019on veut tout adresser en termes de produits, de services, de clients, de g\u00e9ographies\u2026.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>On fait grossir la structure, on crame la tr\u00e9sorerie<\/li>\n<li>On entre aussi sur des segments du march\u00e9 que l\u2019on conna\u00eet moins bien, avec d\u2019autres types de concurrents, moins regardants sur la qualit\u00e9 mais plus performants sur les prix<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>S\u2019en suit une guerre des prix\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Une augmentation du taux des remises \u2026<\/p>\n<p>Une baisse de l\u2019EBITDA et une baisse encore plus forte de la tr\u00e9sorerie\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Et donc une fragilisation de la structure financi\u00e8re de l\u2019entreprise\u2026de sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 investir ou \u00e0 voir venir\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Beaucoup d\u2019entreprises font alors machine arri\u00e8re comprenant qu\u2019elles n\u2019ont rien \u00e0 gagner \u00e0 singer les grands groupes.<\/p>\n<p>Se rappelant aussi que l\u2019on peut \u00eatre incontournable sur un march\u00e9 ou dans un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me sans forc\u00e9ment avoir la volont\u00e9 de le dominer\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Qu\u2019il s\u2019agit plus de grandir que de grossir\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>Et enfin que dans beaucoup de march\u00e9s ce qui compte c\u2019est de toujours avoir un coup d\u2019avance sur l\u2019offre et de savoir laisser la r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 la demande (les march\u00e9s de prix) \u00e0 d\u2019autres\u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>C\u2019est d\u2019ailleurs souvent \u00e0 ce moment l\u00e0 que ces entreprises font appel \u00e0 Objectif CASH\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Parmi les objectifs\u00a0des missions confi\u00e9es \u00e0 Objectif CASH dans les <a href=\"https:\/\/objectif-cash.com\/info\/daf-de-transition-pour-eti-et-pme\/\">ETI<\/a> et les PME\/PMI adoss\u00e9es \u00e0 des fonds d\u2019investissements :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Savoir o\u00f9 l\u2019on en est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment en termes de tr\u00e9sorerie et de marges \u2026<\/li>\n<li>Mieux comprendre o\u00f9 l\u2019on gagne et o\u00f9 l\u2019on perd de l\u2019argent<\/li>\n<li>Proposer un plan de redimensionnement de l\u2019entreprise bas\u00e9 sur ce qu\u2019elle sait tr\u00e8s bien faire (et donc vendre cher) au d\u00e9triment de ce qu\u2019elle sait moins bien faire (et qu\u2019elle ne sait pas vendre ou qu\u2019elle vend \u00e0 perte)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tous ces sujets vous int\u00e9ressent\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p><strong>N\u2019h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 vous inscrire \u00e0 notre prochain petit d\u00e9jeuner \u00ab Missions dans les ETI \u00bb vendredi 12 mai :<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Attention le nombre de places est limit\u00e9 \u00e0 chaque fois.
