Et puis\u00a0! Plus rien\u00a0! Plus de nouvelles\u00a0! <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nada\u00a0! Z\u00e9ro contact\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons bien relanc\u00e9 mais en vain\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Depuis nous tournons en rond\u2026 Nous ne savons plus quoi faire ni penser\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Passe encore un jour \u2026 A ronger notre frein\u2026<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Alors vient l\u2019id\u00e9e\u2026 L\u2019id\u00e9e, la super id\u00e9e\u2026L\u2019id\u00e9e de jouer notre va tout\u2026 Notre 49. 3\u00a0! <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Concr\u00e8tement nous appelons le client ou s\u2019il n\u2019est pas disponible nous lui adressons le message suivant par mail \u00a0\u2026<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Sans lui mettre la pression, mais en toute transparence toutefois, nous lui rappelons que nous sommes motiv\u00e9s pour la mission \u2026<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Mais qu\u2019entre temps nous avons eu une autre proposition\u2026<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Que nous devons donner une r\u00e9ponse rapidement \u2026<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Que bien s\u00fbr si la r\u00e9ponse \u00e9tait positive chez ce premier client nous lui donnerions la priorit\u00e9, car nous avons ador\u00e9 nos \u00e9changes, car nous sommes hyper motiv\u00e9s par le secteur, l\u2019entreprise, etc. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Mais qu\u2019\u00e0 d\u00e9faut de r\u00e9ponse rapide, dans deux jours nous ne serons plus disponible \u2026<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Bla bla bla \u2026\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>On comprend l\u2019id\u00e9e\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u2019id\u00e9e de jouer son va-tout \u2026 Comme au poker\u00a0! \u00ab\u00a0I\u2019m all in\u00a0!\u00a0\u00bb <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Faire tapis comme on dit \u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Le 49. 3 du manager du transition \u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>On comprend l\u2019id\u00e9e\u2026 Jouer son va-tout\u2026 Pour en avoir le c\u0153ur net\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Beaucoup d\u2019entre nous ont v\u00e9cu cette situation \u2026<\/p>\n<p>Sentiment d\u2019attente, ressenti de frustration, impression que si l\u2019on ne fait pas quelque chose la mission, le projet, le job vont nous \u00e9chapper \u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>Et en parall\u00e8le cette tentation du 49.3\u00a0? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans la pratique qu\u2019est ce qui se passe\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p>Si le client tarde \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre ou tergiverse, il a sans doute ses raisons \u2026<\/p>\n<p>Parmi les raisons possibles de son silence passager<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Il \u00e9tudie d\u2019autres possibilit\u00e9s, fait jouer la concurrence \u2026<\/li>\n<li>Il n\u2019a pas les cl\u00e9s de la d\u00e9cision pour engager la mission, il doit en r\u00e9f\u00e9rer \u00e0 quelqu\u2019un d\u2019autre dans son organisation \u2026<\/li>\n<li>Il n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 convaincu \u00e0 100 % par le profil en attente de r\u00e9ponse\u2026<\/li>\n<li>Il aimerait bien d\u00e9marrer la mission mais tous comptes faits il n\u2019a pas le budget \u2026<\/li>\n<li>D\u2019autres priorit\u00e9s lui sont tomb\u00e9es dessus \u2026<\/li>\n<li>Il est OK pour la mission mais il a besoin d\u2019un peu de temps pour s\u2019organiser, pour annoncer la d\u00e9cision \u00e0 son \u00e9quipe\u2026<\/li>\n<li>Etc. Etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dans tous les cas, lui mettre la pression\u2026m\u00eame avec un \u00ab 49.3\u00a0gentil ou bienveillant \u00bb ou un \u00ab\u00a049.3 bien circonstanci\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb aura toujours le m\u00eame effet \u2026<\/p>\n<p>Le client r\u00e9pondra dans 99 % des cas<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0 Vous avez une autre possibilit\u00e9 de mission\u00a0?
