{"id":4655,"date":"2022-04-27T09:20:47","date_gmt":"2022-04-27T07:20:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.objectif-cash.com\/?p=4655"},"modified":"2022-04-27T09:20:47","modified_gmt":"2022-04-27T07:20:47","slug":"en-france-on-na-pas-de-petrole-mais-on-a-des-tableaux-excel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/objectif-cash.com\/en\/finance-gestion\/en-france-on-na-pas-de-petrole-mais-on-a-des-tableaux-excel\/","title":{"rendered":"En France, on n&#8217;a pas de p\u00e9trole mais on a des tableaux EXCEL&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Je ne sais pas vous mais chez beaucoup de nos clients, \u00e0 peine les budgets \u00e9taient boucl\u00e9s que d\u00e9j\u00e0 l\u2019entreprise nous demandait de pr\u00e9parer une r\u00e9vision actualis\u00e9e ou un 1<sup>er<\/sup> forecast\u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u2019abord l\u2019augmentation du co\u00fbt des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res et de l\u2019\u00e9nergie <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Chez certains de nos clients industriels <strong>le co\u00fbt de l\u2019\u00e9nergie<\/strong> a \u00e9t\u00e9 multipli\u00e9 par deux voire dans certains cas par dix\u2026Plusieurs Directions G\u00e9n\u00e9rales ont constat\u00e9 \u00e0 leurs d\u00e9pens que leur CFO ne connaissaient pas dans les d\u00e9tails leurs contrats d\u2019approvisionnement \u2026o\u00f9 qu\u2019ils l\u2019avaient lu il y a longtemps et remis\u00e9 depuis dans une chemise \u00e0 la comptabilit\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Chez certains autres clients ce qui a multipli\u00e9 par deux ce sont <strong>les co\u00fbts de transport, de logistique et d\u2019approvisionnement\u00a0<\/strong>; ce qui n\u00e9cessite de s\u2019organiser autrement<\/li>\n<li>Enfin pour la majeure partie de nos clients les <strong>d\u00e9lais d\u2019approvisionnement<\/strong> ont aussi \u00e9t\u00e9 multipli\u00e9s par deux ou par trois\u00a0; l\u00e0 o\u00f9 les containers de Chine mettaient 6 semaines pour arriver en Europe\u00a0; maintenant c\u2019est 3 mois et plus \u2026Ce qui n\u00e9cessite d\u2019avoir des stocks beaucoup plus importants pour ne pas risquer de ruptures chez les clients<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qui dit augmentation des prix ne dit pas forc\u00e9ment que ces augmentations sont toutes r\u00e9percutables aux clients\u00a0; il y a des contrats, des usages et aussi un environnement de concurrence<\/p>\n<p>Et qui dit stocks, dit cash ou financements \u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nous en tous sommes l\u00e0\u2026 Personne ne fait le malin \u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bonjour les probl\u00e8mes existentiels dans beaucoup d\u2019entreprises\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Bonjour la prise de t\u00eate pour les DAF et les contr\u00f4leurs de gestion qui ne savent plus trop quoi mettre dans leurs tableaux Excel<\/p>\n<p><strong>Et puis surtout deux questions\u00a0; toujours les m\u00eames : <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1\/ Combien de temps cela va durer\u00a0?
