Vite un comptage &#8230;<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>90\u00a0000, 110\u00a0000, 130\u00a0000, 150\u00a0000 \u2026O\u00f9 mettre le curseur\u00a0? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Beaucoup d\u2019entre vous nous interrogent sur les salaires pratiqu\u00e9s dans le management de transition.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tout d\u2019abord un inqui\u00e9tant verdict \u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En D\u00e9cembre dernier, l\u2019\u00e9tude internationale Trends in International Mathematics and Science Study (Timss) a rendu un inqui\u00e9tant verdict : les coll\u00e9giens fran\u00e7ais sont, osons le mot, nuls en math\u00e9matiques. Concr\u00e8tement, ils sont englu\u00e9s \u00e0 la derni\u00e8re place des pays de l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne et \u00e0 l\u2019avant-derni\u00e8re de ceux de l\u2019OCDE, juste devant le Chili. Par rapport aux derniers r\u00e9sultats datant de 1995, le d\u00e9crochage est vertigineux. Pire encore, si la moyenne nationale est tr\u00e8s basse, les t\u00eates de classe dot\u00e9es de la bosse des sciences sont d\u00e9sormais une esp\u00e8ce en voie de disparition. Seuls 3\u00a0% de nos jeunes sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme avanc\u00e9s contre 45\u00a0 % en Cor\u00e9e du Sud, 37\u00a0 % au Japon, 14\u00a0% aux \u00c9tats-Unis ou 11\u00a0% en Grande-Bretagne.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quel est le rapport\u00a0? Aucun \u00e0 priori \u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les enfants ne savent plus compter. Quid des parents\u00a0? Des oncles et des tantes\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p>Quid des Directions G\u00e9n\u00e9rales\u00a0? Quid des DAF\u00a0? Quid des DRH\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p>Nous, chez Objectif CASH, nous pouvons quand m\u00eame signaler une chose\u00a0: comme en immobilier, le manager au bon prix ne reste jamais sur \u00e9tag\u00e8re tr\u00e8s longtemps\u2026Cela ne sert donc \u00e0 rien de lancer des chiffres en l\u2019air \u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nos clients ne sont pas des \u00ab\u00a0coll\u00e9giens\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0: Ils savent compter \u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nos clients sont des grands groupes, des ETI, des fonds d\u2019investissements&#8230; Ils sont soumis \u00e0 la pression des march\u00e9s internationaux voire \u00e0 la concurrence avec des pays low cost etc. Nos clients sont soumis \u00e0 la pression des prix et des d\u00e9lais\u2026Nos clients ont des budgets et des deadlines \u00e0 respecter\u2026Nos clients ont en t\u00eate des prix pour faire telle ou telle t\u00e2che ou mener \u00e0 bien tel ou tel projet. De plus nos clients ont des services ressources humaines sophistiqu\u00e9s. A d\u00e9faut ils savent tr\u00e8s bien combien ils seraient pr\u00eats \u00e0 payer un cadre en CDI d\u2019un niveau \u00e9quivalent m\u00eame un peu surdimensionn\u00e9 &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Pas tr\u00e8s compliqu\u00e9 ensuite de poser une r\u00e8gle de trois pour convertir en honoraires le montant d\u2019un salaire charg\u00e9 \u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nos clients sont des professionnels qui savent compter \u2026 A d\u00e9faut ils savent o\u00f9 se renseigner \u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nos clients ont, comme nous tous, des r\u00e9seaux.
