Ne pas r\u00e9inventer la roue en embarquant avec soi des personnes d\u00e9j\u00e0 exp\u00e9riment\u00e9es \u2026qui parfois ont connu le \u00ab\u00a0gros temps\u00a0\u00bb\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Fermer un site ou le c\u00e9der, fusionner deux entit\u00e9s, adosser telle activit\u00e9 sur telle autre, acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la conduite du changement, digitaliser des processus, optimiser le co\u00fbt des fonctions support, franchir un cap apr\u00e8s une crise, faire faire un saut qualitatif \u00e0 une \u00e9quipe \u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Time is money\u00a0! <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Voil\u00e0 de quoi parle le management de transition\u2026Voil\u00e0 sa raison d\u2019\u00eatre. Tenir les d\u00e9lais. Battre la concurrence \u2026Acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer \u2026Sans b\u00e2cler\u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>Et les plateformes\u00a0digitales ? Que faut-il en penser\u00a0? Opportunit\u00e9s ou menaces\u00a0pour l\u2019avenir du management de transition ? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tout d\u2019abord, rappelons que l\u2019on ne choisit pas un manager de transition sur \u00e9tag\u00e8re. Ni m\u00eame apr\u00e8s seulement une visioconf\u00e9rence (un exercice ultra format\u00e9 o\u00f9 certains excellent parce qu\u2019ils s\u2019y sont pr\u00e9par\u00e9s voire y ont \u00e9t\u00e9 form\u00e9s). Rien ne remplace le contact direct. Le fameux \u00ab\u00a0pr\u00e9sentiel\u00a0\u00bb. La confrontation des corps et des id\u00e9es. La respiration, le regard et aussi <em>le body language<\/em>\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Ou alors il y a un risque de se rendre compte un peu plus (trop\u00a0?) tard que \u00ab\u00a0la mari\u00e9e avait une jambe de bois\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dans management de transition, le mot important c\u2019est management\u00a0! <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Entra\u00eener des \u00e9quipes, leur redonner confiance, \u00eatre leur voix aupr\u00e8s de la Direction ou des actionnaires\u2026c\u2019est avant tout une question de souffle \u2026pas de CV \u2026 ni de ma\u00eetrise de la technique des entretiens sur Zoom ou Teams\u2026 Le souffle, le regard, l\u2019engagement, la mise en route de l\u2019action sont au c\u0153ur de la transformation des entreprises. Rien ne remplace les rencontres entre les personnes quand il s\u2019agit de conduite du changement\u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>Et les plateformes\u00a0? Opportunit\u00e9s ou menaces\u00a0? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>S\u2019il y a des plateformes c\u2019est qu\u2019il y a des acteurs qui ont envie de se lancer, une volont\u00e9 d\u2019innover, un march\u00e9\u00a0? Prenons l\u2019exemple de l\u2019immobilier.
