Le mot \u00ab\u00a0con\u00a0\u00bb, d\u00e9clin\u00e9 dans diff\u00e9rents contextes, est le mot le plus utilis\u00e9 de la langue fran\u00e7aise.<\/p>\n<p>Vous comme nous avez peut-\u00eatre re\u00e7u r\u00e9cemment une publicit\u00e9 pour participer \u00e0 un atelier sur la \u00ab\u00a0gestion des cons\u00a0\u00bb en entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Avec en base line \u00ab\u00a0<em>Comment fait-on pour travailler avec des cons\u00a0?<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Nous ne vous d\u00e9voilerons pas les bonnes pratiques pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es au cours de cet atelier. Tout d\u2019abord parce que nous n\u2019y avons pas particip\u00e9. Ensuite parce qu\u2019il faut apparemment \u00eatre un peu \u00ab\u00a0con\u00a0\u00bb pour payer une formation sur un tel th\u00e8me\u2026<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e9anmoins le probl\u00e8me demeure\u00a0: Qui sont les cons\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les cons\u00a0: Quelle d\u00e9finition\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nous avons tous en t\u00eate Monsieur Pignon dans le d\u00eener de cons\u2026 Un con touchant, qui se r\u00e9v\u00e8le avoir un grand c\u0153ur, et qui surtout, n\u2019est pas si con\u2026M\u00eame pas con du tout\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Autre d\u00e9finition ou r\u00e9f\u00e9rence possible, le fameux\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Le con ose tout\u00a0!\u00a0\u00bb. La belle affaire. Il ose. C\u2019est d\u00e9j\u00e0 pas mal. Il ose donc il est vivant\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Plus g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement nous avons tendance \u00e0 traiter de cons ceux qui ne pensent pas comme nous. Ceux qui n\u2019agissent pas comme nous.<\/p>\n<p>A la fin d\u2019une journ\u00e9e cela peut faire beaucoup de monde. Sans compter que chacun de nous est le con des autres \u2026<\/p>\n<p>Nous serions donc tous un peu cons\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vous avez dit \u00aborganisations \u00e0 la con\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est souvent notre plus grande tentation. Nous, les managers de transition (je ne parle pas des con-sultants\u2026). Nous d\u00e9barquons dans une entreprise pour y d\u00e9marrer une nouvelle mission. Chacun, autour de nous, nous ass\u00e8ne ses v\u00e9rit\u00e9s. Libre \u00e0 nous de tout croire\u2026ou de ne rien croire. D\u2019\u00eatre agnostiques\u2026Mais attention \u00e0 la tentation de penser que l\u2019organisation qui nous est d\u00e9crite est comme on dit souvent \u00ab\u00a0une organisation \u00e0 la con\u00a0\u00bb. Plus de 550 missions r\u00e9alis\u00e9es \u00e0 ce jour dans plus de 40 pays nous am\u00e8nent \u00e0 \u00eatre tr\u00e8s prudents\u2026<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019organisation ou l\u2019apparente d\u00e9sorganisation qui nous est d\u00e9crite est souvent la r\u00e9sultante non pas d\u2019un d\u00e9faut d\u2019organisation mais d\u2019un d\u00e9faut de p\u00e9dagogie autour de l\u2019organisation\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Concr\u00e8tement, ce qui fait souffrir les gens au travail, souvent les plus faibles mais pas que, ce sont plus les changements fr\u00e9quents d\u2019organisation sans prendre le temps d\u2019expliquer les changements que les organisations elles-m\u00eames. La plupart des gens s\u2019adaptent \u00e0 une nouvelle mani\u00e8re de travailler. Il faut juste prendre un peu de temps pour leur expliquer les tenants et les aboutissants de la nouvelle organisation\u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prendre du temps avec les gens \u2026Passer du temps du temps avec les gens \u2026 Donner de son temps \u00e0 ses \u00e9quipes \u2026 plut\u00f4t que de les traiter de c\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Voil\u00e0 en quelques mots la mission des managers de transition\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Pour terminer cette chronique et en finir \u00e0 la fois avec les cons et ceux qui traitent les autres de cons \u00e0 tout bout de champ \u2026 deux petites citations \u2026<\/p>\n<p>\u2026 sur les cons\u00a0:\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0<em>Nous \u00e9touffons parmi les gens qui pensent avoir absolument raison<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb Albert Camus \u2026<\/p>\n<p>Vive les gens pragmatiques et nuanc\u00e9s\u2026Vive les gens qui prennent le temps d\u2019\u00e9couter le terrain avant de juger\u2026<\/p>\n<p>\u2026sur les organisations \u00ab\u00a0\u00e0 la con\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0<em>Rater encore.
