S\u2019il n\u2019y a pas de crise dans l\u2019entreprise, pas de souci, vous allez voir ce que vous allez voir, la crise, il va la cr\u00e9er\u00a0lui-m\u00eame ?<\/p>\n

Deux raisons \u00e0 cela\u00a0:<\/p>\n

1\/ L\u2019\u00e9conomie s\u2019est globalement bien comport\u00e9e depuis 2012 \u2026Depuis 2017, la plupart des secteurs ont refait les volumes d\u2019avant la crise de 2008\/2010\u2026L\u2019argent a \u00e9t\u00e9 peu cher et abondant\u2026Les entreprises sont rest\u00e9es tr\u00e8s raisonnables en termes d\u2019embauches et de salaires\u2026Elles se sont toutes constitu\u00e9 des encaisses de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u2026Chat \u00e9chaud\u00e9 craint l\u2019eau froide\u2026<\/p>\n

Il y avait bien, de ci de l\u00e0, quelques secteurs en souffrance<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Retail => gilets jaunes, gr\u00e8ves SNCF mais surtout concurrence de l\u2019e-commerce<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Automobile => diabolisation du diesel et h\u00e9sitations du secteur entre l\u2019hybride et le tout \u00e9lectrique<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Transport a\u00e9rien \/ guerre dans fin du low cost => dans le collimateur des \u00e9cologistes qui sont pourtant les premiers \u00e0 prendre l\u2019avion pour faire comme ils disent \u00ab\u00a0de beaux voyages\u00a0\u00bb\u2026<\/p>\n

Mais tout cela n\u2019avait aucun rapport avec la crise\u2026<\/p>\n

2\/ L\u2019Etat Fran\u00e7ais a \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s g\u00e9n\u00e9reux depuis la crise du Covid\u00a0: PGE, ch\u00f4mage partiel, aides de toutes sortes\u2026<\/p>\n

Alors pourquoi se qualifier \u00ab\u00a0Manager de crise\u00a0\u00bb quand dans la pratique, il n\u2019y a pas eu de crise\u2026depuis presque 10 ans\u00a0? <\/strong><\/p>\n

Pour m\u00e9moire, nous chez Objectif CASH, nous n\u2019avons jamais vir\u00e9 personne.<\/p>\n

Nous chez Objectif CASH, nous n\u2019avons jamais pris la place de quiconque chez nos clients (Grands groupes, ETI, Fonds c\u2019investissements).<\/p>\n

Nous chez Objectif CASH, nous ne vivons pas dans le monde des Bisounours.<\/p>\n

Nos clients sont sous contraintes (comp\u00e9tition internationale, budgets, d\u00e9lais, normes drastiques \u2026). Les crises, elles arrivent (perte d\u2019un march\u00e9, d\u2019un client important, arriv\u00e9e d\u2019un nouveau concurrent, chicayas \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de l\u2019\u00e9quipe de management ou entre le top management et les actionnaires) mais bon an mal an depuis 15 ans, 90 % des missions qui nous sont confi\u00e9es par nos clients consistent \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper l\u2019entreprise, \u00e0 aller de l\u2019avant, \u00e0 conqu\u00e9rir des parts de march\u00e9, \u00e0 structurer l\u2019organisation, \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer le coup d\u2019apr\u00e8s etc.<\/p>\n

Pas \u00e0 se rabougrir\u2026ni \u00e0 \u00e9teindre la lumi\u00e8re \u00e0 la fin\u2026<\/p>\n

Nous, chez Objectif CASH, nous ne nous r\u00e9jouissons pas des crises\u2026<\/p>\n

Quand elles arrivent, nous mettons tout en \u0153uvre chez nos clients pour faire face.<\/p>\n

Mais si nous pouvons les \u00e9viter et travailler dans la s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9, c\u2019est mieux pour tout le monde.<\/p>\n
