Le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne s\u2019observe dans tous les secteurs et pour la plupart des cat\u00e9gories d\u2019entreprise, &#8220;sans que cela puisse \u00eatre analys\u00e9 d\u2019un point de vue \u00e9conomique&#8221;, \u00e9crit l&#8217;institution.<\/p>\n<p>Cette baisse, qui n&#8217;indique pas une r\u00e9duction du nombre d&#8217;entreprises en difficult\u00e9, pr\u00e9cise la Banque de France, r\u00e9sulte en premier lieu &#8220;de l&#8217;impact momentan\u00e9 qu&#8217;ont eu \u00e0 la fois la p\u00e9riode de confinement sur le fonctionnement des juridictions commerciales et les \u00e9volutions r\u00e9glementaires qui ont modifi\u00e9 temporairement les dates de caract\u00e9risation et de d\u00e9claration de l&#8217;\u00e9tat de cessation de paiements&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Ce repli est \u00e9galement la cons\u00e9quence &#8220;de l&#8217;ensemble des mesures de soutien qui apportent des aides de tr\u00e9sorerie ou permettent aux entreprises de r\u00e9duire ou retarder le paiement de certaines charges, et donc le risque de faire d\u00e9faut sur ces paiements (mesures d&#8217;activit\u00e9 partielle, pr\u00eats garantis par l&#8217;\u00c9tat avec remboursements diff\u00e9r\u00e9s, fonds de solidarit\u00e9, moratoires, etc.)&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u00ab\u00a0R\u00e9fl\u00e9chissez\u00a0!\u00a0\u00bb <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est ce que disait Catherine Deneuve, une autre star plan\u00e9taire, dans une publicit\u00e9 \u00e0 la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision pour la privatisation d\u2019une grande banque (Indosuez\u00a0?).\u00a0Sous-entendu <em>\u00ab\u00a0Les performances pass\u00e9es ne pr\u00e9sagent pas des performances futures\u00a0\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019Etat a fait sa part. Aux entreprises de faire la leur. C\u2019est-\u00e0-dire de bien faire ce qu\u2019elles savent faire\u00a0; de le faire plus vite et peut-\u00eatre mieux si c\u2019est possible.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les entreprises n\u2019ont pas besoin de managers de crise ni de tous ces gourous du restructuring\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Juste besoin de renforts ponctuels \u00e7\u00e0 et l\u00e0 \u2026pour aller plus vite que la concurrence \u2026pour franchir le cap\u2026faire le saut qualitatif qui permettra dans quelques mois de passer devant les concurrents \u2026ou de creuser l\u2019\u00e9cart avec eux\u2026de faire le break comme on dit en tennis \u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>Donc oui aux managers de transition\u00a0! Non aux managers de crise\u00a0! <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Oui \u00e0 la transformation des entreprises dans la s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9\u00a0! Non au chaos\u00a0! <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Objectif\u00a0: Rebondir\u00a0vite et bien !
