Vous auriez pas des jeunes Directeurs Financiers mais n\u00e9anmoins exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s et pay\u00e9s \u2026 comme des d\u00e9butants\u00a0?\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Cette phrase nous l\u2019entendons toute l\u2019ann\u00e9e\u00a0; et pas seulement \u00e0 l\u2019occasion des soldes ou du Black Friday\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>Certaines entreprises ne manquent pas d\u2019air \u2026<\/p>\n<p>Des jeunes managers mais n\u00e9anmoins exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s mais pay\u00e9s comme \u2026 des d\u00e9butants\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>Sous-entendu comme ils sont jeunes, ils sont na\u00effs et ils ne connaissent pas les prix du march\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>5 \u00e0 8 ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience, ils pr\u00e9cisent \u2026<\/p>\n<p>Cela signifierai, dans la t\u00eate de certains dirigeants d\u2019entreprises, que jusqu\u2019\u00e0 30 \u2013 33 ans le jeune est encore na\u00eff \u2026il croit encore au P\u00e8re No\u00ebl \u2026on peut profiter de sa souplesse voire le berner\u00a0? A partir de 35 ans (10 ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience) il deviendrait plus retors. Il aurait des exigences \u2026 et de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience. On ne pourrait plus le manipuler si facilement\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p>Le sous-jacent de la demande \u2026<\/p>\n<p>Chez Objectif CASH, nous ne traitons jamais ce type de demande. M\u00eame pendant le Black Friday\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>Un jeune et n\u00e9anmoins exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 \u2026pay\u00e9 comme un d\u00e9butant \u2026cela signifie que le donneur d\u2019ordre n\u2019est pas au fait de ce qui se passe r\u00e9ellement sur le march\u00e9 des talents (p\u00e9nurie de cadres \/ quasi plein emploi), qu\u2019il n\u2019a aucune id\u00e9e de comment fonctionne un jeune de cet \u00e2ge (potentiel, ambitions etc.). Cela signifie aussi que le demandeur exprime une opinion personnelle sur une situation, opinion qu\u2019il partage avec lui-m\u00eame\u2026mais qu\u2019il ne partage peut-\u00eatre pas forc\u00e9ment avec l\u2019entreprise ou le Groupe qui l\u2019emploie.<\/p>\n<p>En d\u2019autres termes, la personne qui formule cette demande souhaite avoir dans son \u00e9quipe un jeune pas cher, qui fasse le boulot, qui ne la ram\u00e8ne pas et qui ne lui fasse pas d\u2019ombre\u00a0; et surtout que ce jeune n\u2019ambitionne pas de prendre sa place\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Difficile de savoir si les jeunes managers de 30 \/ 33 ans ambitionnent de prendre la place des managers de 50 \/ 55 ans. Certainement oui pour un certain nombre d\u2019entre eux. Ce dont nous sommes s\u00fbrs c\u2019est que les jeunes de 30 \/ 35 ans ambitionnent de prendre la place des 40\/45 ans et que les 40 \/ 45 ans ambitionnent de prendre celle des 50 \/ 55 ans.<\/p>\n<p>Et vous savez quoi\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p>Ils ont raison. Cette aspiration vers le haut est saine et naturelle. Ce mouvement est l\u00e9gitime. Il fait partie de la vie.<\/p>\n<p>Et la vie en entreprise, avant toute chose, c\u2019est la vie tout court.<\/p>\n<p>Le Black Friday, les promotions, les soldes\u2026. tout sauf la vie\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Le Black Friday c\u2019est le nivellement de tout vers le bas. Les jeunes comme les vieux. Tout ramener \u00e0 une seule chose\u00a0: le Prix. Et s\u2019il y a bien quelque chose de relatif et de trompeur dans la vie c\u2019est la question du prix. A rechercher du prix \u00e0 tout prix (excusez la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition) on finit toujours par trouver le manager (jeune ou moins jeune, comp\u00e9tent ou pas\u00a0; ce n\u2019est pas la question) qui accepte de travailler sous le prix. Il a besoin de travailler. Il a ses raisons. Cela le regarde. Il dit\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0OUI MONSIEUR ou OUI MADAME. Je vais le faire \u00e0 tel prix\u00a0\u00bb. Et \u00e0 la premi\u00e8re occasion, quand il a une opportunit\u00e9 de travailler \u00e0 un meilleur prix, il dit \u00ab\u00a0Je m\u2019en vais. Je n\u2019ai pas d\u2019autre choix\u2026\u00a0\u00bb. Il fait payer au MONSIEUR ou la MADAME le fait d\u2019avoir profit\u00e9 de lui\u00a0; de ne pas l\u2019avoir r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9 au bon prix.<\/p>\n<p>Tout le monde perd. On repart \u00e0 z\u00e9ro. C\u2019est ainsi.
