A la machine \u00e0 caf\u00e9 et pas seulement.<\/p>\n<p>Outre que cette id\u00e9e v\u00e9hicule une id\u00e9e sous-jacente de sexisme\u00a0; sous-entendu s\u2019il s\u2019agit de \u00ab\u00a0g\u00e9rer des crises\u00a0\u00bb il faut avoir \u00ab\u00a0du poil aux pattes\u00a0\u00bb et donc que les femmes ne sont pas les bienvenues.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est quoi une crise\u00a0? Et surtout c\u2019est quand\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p>Les crises sont cycliques. Elles reviennent tous les 7 ou 8 ans. Et encore\u00a0! Souvent ce que l\u2019on qualifie de crise n\u2019est que la cons\u00e9quence de cycles manag\u00e9riaux classiques.<\/p>\n<p>Chacun l\u2019aura observ\u00e9, la vie des entreprises est un \u00e9ternel recommencement. Et cela n\u2019a rien \u00e0 voir avec les crises.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>En p\u00e9riode d\u2019expansion, on d\u00e9centralise, on donne du pouvoir aux filiales \/ BU qui sont plus proches du terrain et surtout plus proches des clients, on leur octroie des ressources\u00a0; le local \u00e0 la main sur les embauches, les CAPEX et sur la politique de cr\u00e9dit aux clients\u2026<\/li>\n<li>En p\u00e9riode de ralentissement de la croissance, on fait exactement l\u2019inverse, on centralise le contr\u00f4le des d\u00e9penses, on centralise la tr\u00e9sorerie, le si\u00e8ge remet son nez dans les CAPEX et le credit management<\/li>\n<li>A un moment le business repart, on sent qu\u2019il y a des opportunit\u00e9s, on redonne la main au local, on l\u00e2che un peu sur le BFR,\u2026<\/li>\n<li>Etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La vie des entreprises est faite d\u2019alternances entre ces ceux mouvements\u00a0: d\u00e9centralisation puis centralisation. Les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices sont connus. Toutes les entreprises ont r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement besoin de se transformer. Il ne s\u2019agit pas de crise. Il s\u2019agit de la vie\u00a0des entreprises tout simplement.\u00a0Si on a peur de se transformer autant ne pas cr\u00e9er ni diriger d\u2019entreprise\u2026 Si on a peur que l\u2019on ne saura pas se transformer et que cela se finira en crise autant ne pas cr\u00e9er ni diriger d\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Bien \u00e9videmment si une entreprise ou un groupe d\u2019entreprise qui doit se transformer positivement ne prend pas les bonnes mesures pour mettre en place les projets list\u00e9s ci-dessus, cela peut peut-\u00eatre, \u00e9ventuellement, \u00e0 un moment donn\u00e9, cr\u00e9er des tensions et se transformer en crise. A minima pour les managers qui auraient la responsabilit\u00e9 de ces projets en interne.<\/p>\n<p>En revanche faire intervenir des managers de crise pour prendre en charge des projets positifs de transformation dans des entreprises qui se portent bien et ont vocation \u00e0 aller mieux, c\u2019est ajouter du stress au stress. Voire importer la crise chez soi car c\u2019est bien connu, tout manager qui se pr\u00e9tend \u00ab\u00a0manager de crise\u00a0\u00bb, ne saura g\u00e9rer que si effectivement il y a une crise \u00e0 g\u00e9rer. Si l\u2019entreprise n\u2019est pas au mieux, qu\u2019elle a un petit coup de mou (ce qui peut arriver \u00e0 tout le monde) mais qu\u2019il ne s\u2019agisse pas encore de crise, le manager de crise fera tout pour la provoquer ou la pr\u00e9cipiter. C\u2019est dans sa nature. Cela cr\u00e9era des conflits, des disputes, des f\u00e2cheries.<\/p>\n<p>Donc en r\u00e9sum\u00e9 le management de transition et le management de crise sont deux mondes diff\u00e9rents.
