A faire le sale boulot comme on dit\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Nous passons nos journ\u00e9es \u00e0 expliquer le contraire. Mais les images sont t\u00eatues.<\/p>\n<p>Chez Objectif CASH, 40 % des managers de transition de l\u2019\u00e9quipe sont des femmes. Et il faut bien le reconna\u00eetre, nous ne leur demandons pas si elles ont du poil aux pattes ou si elles savent manier la ba\u00efonnette ou la dague. Nous exigeons seulement des managers de savoir \u00e9couter ce que dit le client (le top management au si\u00e8ge mais \u00e9galement les signaux faibles sur le terrain) et aussi d\u2019avoir l\u2019autorit\u00e9 de sa comp\u00e9tence. Au-del\u00e0 de ces deux pr\u00e9ceptes point d\u2019autres pr\u00e9requis. Le sale boulot ? Connais-pas !<\/p>\n<p>Que des entreprises qui font les choses dans le respect des lois, des personnes et des chartes d\u2019\u00e9thique. Pas des barbares eux-non plus.<\/p>\n<p>Alors pourquoi ces id\u00e9es re\u00e7ues\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p>Parmi les explications\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dans toute activit\u00e9 il y a ceux qui parlent (qui y ont int\u00e9r\u00eat) et ceux qui agissent\u00a0! Disons qu\u2019il y a un certain nombre d\u2019acteurs qui r\u00e9pandent ce type d\u2019id\u00e9e re\u00e7ue car ils y ont int\u00e9r\u00eat (faire sensation, se faire mousser, etc.) et d\u2019autres plus discrets qui agissent et, c\u2019est peut-\u00eatre leur tort, ne passent pas syst\u00e9matiquement leur temps \u00e0 apporter la contradiction aux premiers quand ils disent des contrev\u00e9rit\u00e9s. Les raisons des seconds pour ne pas r\u00e9pondre\u00a0: ils pensent que les clients dans la pratique sauront d\u00e9m\u00ealer le bon grain et l\u2019ivraie \u2026C\u2019est le cas en effet\u00a0!<\/li>\n<li>Les journalistes ont peu de temps sur ces sujets. Ils s\u2019arr\u00eatent \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cume des choses (\u00ab\u00a0les managers de transition sont des coupeurs de t\u00eates\u00a0\u00bb). Cela fait un bon titre. Cela fait sensation. C\u2019est celui qui parle le plus fort qui a raison. Ils ne v\u00e9rifient rien de plus\u2026 Ils ne cherchent pas \u00e0 savoir ce qu\u2019il y a derri\u00e8re.
