Ils ont tap\u00e9 dans une database. Cela m\u2019a \u00e9nerv\u00e9\u2026\u00bb <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nous entendons souvent ce raisonnement chez nos clients.<\/p>\n<p>Des cabinets se pr\u00e9sentent \u00e0 eux en mettant en avant leur CVth\u00e8que. Chacun annonce ses chiffres, tous inv\u00e9rifiables. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Nous g\u00e9rons dans nos bases plus de 40\u00a0000 dirigeants<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb. Certains pr\u00e9cisent non sans une certaine cruaut\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0<em>plus de 5\u00a0000 dirigeants actifs<\/em> \u2026\u00a0\u00bb sous-entendu le reste (7 sur 8\u00a0?) ce sont des dirigeants \u00ab\u00a0inactifs\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>On ne peut pas reprocher \u00e0 tel ou tel acteur du management de transition de \u00ab\u00a0montrer ses muscles \u00bb en faisant \u00e9tat d\u2019un grand nombre de Cv (\u00e0 jour\u00a0?) dans sa base de donn\u00e9es. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mais quand on y r\u00e9fl\u00e9chit on peut s\u2019interroger \u00ab\u00a0<em>En quoi le CV fait l\u2019homme ou la femme\u00a0de la situation ?<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb \u00ab\u00a0<em>En quoi la quantit\u00e9 est-elle un gage de qualit\u00e9\u00a0?<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb. \u00ab\u00a0<em>A quoi sert concr\u00e8tement le consultant du cabinet ou le directeur associ\u00e9 si en d\u00e9finitive c\u2019est le logiciel qui fait le \u00ab\u00a0matching\u00a0\u00bb sur des crit\u00e8res de comp\u00e9tences exclusivement d\u00e9claratifs\u00a0comme dans les profils Linkedin\u00a0?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>De plus que penser d\u2019un dirigeant d\u2019entreprise qui a exerc\u00e9 des responsabilit\u00e9s importantes dans sa vie professionnelle et qui accepterait que le sort ou le logiciel de la fameuse \u00ab\u00a0database\u00a0\u00bb d\u00e9cide pour lui de son prochain challenge\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p>Qu\u2019il a perdu confiance en lui\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p>Qu\u2019il a perdu confiance en sa capacit\u00e9 d\u2019action ou d\u2019interaction avec les personnes de son r\u00e9seau ou de son \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p>Qu\u2019il n\u2019est peut-\u00eatre pas aussi pr\u00eat qu\u2019il le dit \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0aller au charbon\u00a0\u00bb et qu\u2019il attend d\u2019autres pistes qui lui conviennent mieux\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p>Qu\u2019il est un peu d\u00e9pass\u00e9 voire que cela sent \u00ab\u00a0le cram\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p>Surtout si, pour ne rater aucune piste, ce m\u00eame dirigeant est syst\u00e9matiquement r\u00e9f\u00e9renc\u00e9 dans toutes les CVth\u00e8ques et toutes les bases de donn\u00e9es \u2026 tout en sachant pertinemment qu\u2019il n\u2019a qu\u2019une tr\u00e8s faible probabilit\u00e9 que ce soit son profil qui sorte du chapeau\u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vous avez dit path\u00e9tique\u00a0? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour m\u00e9moire chez Objectif CASH pas de database ni de CVth\u00e8que. Nous avons fait travailler \u00e0 ce jour 160 managers en mission.
