Vous verrez cela fera comme les SSII\u2026\u00a0\u00bb. Ils se pr\u00e9cipitaient. Ils adoraient le discours. On leur promettait monts et merveilles. Surtout on leur annon\u00e7ait qu\u2019au cas o\u00f9 le salariat dispara\u00eetrait, on les prendrait en charge \u2026Ils n\u2019avaient pas \u00e0 s\u2019inqui\u00e9ter.<\/p>\n<p>Quelques ann\u00e9es ont pass\u00e9. Le gourou a disparu. Son cabinet aussi. Il a p\u00e9riclit\u00e9. Restent les gens, les gogos qui l\u2019ont cru. Deux mani\u00e8res de voir les choses\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Une mauvaise nouvelle\u00a0: nous ne sommes pas des dizaines de milliers mais plut\u00f4t quelques milliers. En Finance, quelques dizaines voire centaines. Nous nous connaissons tous.<\/li>\n<li>Une bonne nouvelle\u00a0: le salariat n\u2019a pas disparu. Ni pour les plus de 50 ans ni pour les autres. Bien s\u00fbr l\u2019emploie fluctue mais dans la plupart des secteurs si on veut des bons il faut les fid\u00e9liser et les faire progresser. Si on veut lancer des projets qui s\u2019inscrivent dans la dur\u00e9e il vaut mieux des personnes de l\u2019\u00e9quipe interne pour les incarner. Le regard de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 sur les plus de 50 ans a chang\u00e9. C\u2019est surtout le regard des plus de 50 ans sur eux-m\u00eames qui a chang\u00e9. Ils ont des envies. Ils font des projets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>De nouveaux gourous sont arriv\u00e9s et ont remplac\u00e9 les premiers. Chacun tentant de vendre sa sauce et de faire le show. Le management de transition, reste une activit\u00e9 de niche. O\u00f9 quand on fait la somme des contraintes (\u00e9loignement g\u00e9ographique, obligation de mettre les mains sous le capot, promiscuit\u00e9, gestion des inter-contrats, etc.) on passe de 20 managers int\u00e9ress\u00e9s au d\u00e9part \u00e0 1 ou 2 \u00e0 la fin du processus qui s\u2019investissent dans la dur\u00e9e.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chaque \u00e9poque produit ses gourous.
