Les entreprises plus \u00e9loign\u00e9es des 40 % ont leur si\u00e8ge domicili\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger. Reportez-vous \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tude pour savoir qui sont \u00ab\u00a0les vilains petits canards\u00a0\u00bb. Toutefois les femmes occupent seulement 3,33 % des 120 postes de Pr\u00e9sident ou de DG dans ces 60 grands groupes (60*2 =120\u00a0! L\u00e0 c\u2019est bon\u00a0les calculs !)<\/p>\n<p>Chez Objectif CASH, chaque ann\u00e9e nous faisons le bilan. Bilan des femmes donneurs d\u2019ordres chez nos clients (50 % environ\u00a0; tendance en hausse) et aussi des femmes en mission (30 \u00e0 40 %). Mais nous consid\u00e9rons que ce n\u2019est jamais assez. Chaque ann\u00e9e, nous nous fixons de nouveaux objectifs \u2026<\/p>\n<p>Les choses \u00e9voluent tout de m\u00eame \u2026 Et le m\u00e9rite en revient aux femmes au premier chef.<\/p>\n<p>Les femmes en position de pouvoir (Pr\u00e9sident, DG, DAF, Fonds d\u2019investissements) ont en proportion plus recours au management de transition que les hommes dans la m\u00eame situation. Pas d\u2019explication a priori si ce n\u2019est qu\u2019un certain nombre de dirigeantes semblent tr\u00e8s pragmatiques.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Il y a un probl\u00e8me \u00e0 r\u00e9gler\u2026 On arr\u00eate de nier le probl\u00e8me, de biaiser ou de bricoler\u2026 On traite le sujet \u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>30 \u00e0 40 % de femmes managers de transition ce n\u2019est pas la parit\u00e9 mais si l\u2019on compare aux 3,3 % ci-dessus ou m\u00eame aux nombre de DAF Femmes (entre 5 et 15 % environ selon les secteurs\u2026) c\u2019est entre 2 et 10 fois la moyenne nationale.
