Suffit-il d\u2019une impression de vitesse pour avancer ? <\/strong><\/p>\n

J\u2019aime cette id\u00e9e de disproportion entre la t\u00eate et les pieds. Ce c\u00f4t\u00e9 englu\u00e9 dans la terre. C\u2019est ce que vit tout manager de transition dans ses missions. Cette impression qu\u2019on le consid\u00e8re comme ayant \u00ab une petite t\u00eate \u00bb. Les managers de transition ne sont ni des consultants ni des experts. Ils ne proposent pas de grandes innovations r\u00e9volutionnaires ni des martingales qui marchent \u00e0 tous les coups. Les managers de transition se frottent toute la journ\u00e9e au concret, au r\u00e9el\u2026Il s\u2019agit d\u2019op\u00e9rationnel \u2026pas de manier des concepts\u2026Les managers de transition n\u2019ont le plus souvent comme bagage que leur bon sens \u00ab paysan \u00bb. Les pieds dans la terre\u2026<\/p>\n

Comme tous les managers de transition, j\u2019aime cette impression que le quotidien nous happe, nous tire vers le bas comme si nous avions les pieds dans la glaise\u2026que nous ne pourrons pas nous en extraire\u2026que chaque pas vers l\u2019avant est un exploit\u2026une victoire sur les vicissitudes du quotidien\u2026des id\u00e9es re\u00e7ues.<\/p>\n

Et pourtant, le manager de transition reste vertical \u2026Et \u2026.vous savez quoi ? <\/strong><\/p>\n

Au moment où résonnent encore les vœux pour l’année 2018 de notre Président, qui comme chacun sait, est « En marche ! » et notamment<\/p>\n

Cette impression qu’on le considère comme ayant « une petite tête ». Les managers de transition ne sont ni des consultants ni des experts. Ils ne proposent pas de grandes innovations révolutionnaires ni des martingales qui marchent à tous les coups. Les managers de transition se frottent toute la journée au concret, au réel…Il s’agit d’opérationnel …pas de manier des concepts…Les managers de transition n’ont le plus souvent comme bagage que leur bon sens « paysan ». Les pieds dans la terre…<\/p>\n
